Question to the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office:
To ask Her Majesty's Government what representations they have made to the government of Israel regarding the eight and a half year sentence given to 17 year-old Marah Bakeer, who was arrested on 10 October 2015.
This question was answered on 20th February 2018
Whilst we have not raised this specific case with the Israeli Government, we regularly discuss matters concerning the treatment of Palestinian minors in detention with the Israeli authorities.
