The ONS publishes experimental data from the Crime Survey for England and Wales (CSEW) on fraud and cyber crime incidents experienced by individuals. As part of this suite of statistics, they publish data on the financial loss suffered by victims of fraud. These questions on fraud and computer misuse were incorporated into the CSEW from October 2015, so data are only available for one year.

These data can be found on the ONS website at https://www.ons.gov.uk/peoplepopulationandcommunity/crimeandjustice#datasets (see ‘Crime in England and Wales: Experimental tables’ – see Table E2.)
