Question to the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office:
To ask Her Majesty’s Government what is the budget for the new Foreign and Commonwealth Office Special Envoy for Gender Equality.

The Foreign and Commonwealth Office Special Envoy for Gender Equality will begin her work on 1 April 2017. A budget of £250,000 has been provisionally agreed for the 2017/18 financial year, to cover salary, travel and other costs connected to delivering results.
