Question to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government:

To ask Her Majesty’s Government whether they will place in the Library of the House a copy of the written submission from the Department for Communities and Local Government to the Supreme Court in support of Titian Nzolameso’s appeal against Westminster City Council’s decision to offer her accommodation near Milton Keynes.
