Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:

To ask His Majesty's Government what assessment they have made of the financial situation of pharmacies, and whether they intend to provide increased funding to support them.

We are working at pace with Community Pharmacy England to ensure that the funding we have available for community pharmacy in 2025/26 is used in the best way possible. We will announce the outcome of the consultation in the usual manner, by letter to contractors, when the consultation has concluded.
