Question to the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office:
To ask His Majesty's Government what new legislative changes they intend to introduce as a consequence of the Windsor Framework.
This question was answered on 14th March 2023
The instruments set out as part of the Windsor Framework will be approved at the next meeting of the UK-EU Joint Committee. After that, both the UK and EU will take forward legislative measures to translate the solutions into law.
