Question to the Department for Exiting the European Union :

To ask Her Majesty's Government, further to the remarks by the Prime Minister on 28 February (HC Deb, col 823) that “no UK Prime Minister could ever agree to” the draft withdrawal text published by the EU Commission, how they plan to advance negotiations for withdrawal from the EU.

It remains our shared aim to reach agreement on the entire Withdrawal Agreement by October. This is a negotiation and you would not expect us to be in absolute agreement at this stage.
