Asylum: Appeals

Question to the Home Office:
To ask Her Majesty’s Government how many initial asylum application decisions have been overturned on appeal in the past five years.
Figures on asylum appeal determinations are published quarterly by the Home Office in the Immigration Statistics release. The following table gives annual figures for asylum appeals that were allowed, from 2011 to 2015.
