Question to the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office:
To ask Her Majesty’s Government what assistance they are providing to the British human rights activist Andy Hall who was convicted of defamation and computer crimes in Thailand in September 2016.
This question was answered on 27th April 2017
We provided Andrew Hall with the appropriate levels of consular assistance at the time of his arrest and during his trial in Thailand.
