Police: Women

Question to the Home Office:
To ask His Majesty's Government, following the decision of the Supreme Court in For Women Scotland Ltd v The Scottish Ministers [2025] UKSC 16 on 16 April, whether they will ask His Majesty's Inspectorate of Constabulary and Fire and Rescue Services to conduct a thematic inspection of all police forces in England within six months to assess the implementation of the Supreme Court ruling.
