Question to the Cabinet Office:
To ask His Majesty's Government, further to the Written Answer by the Parliamentary Secretary to the Cabinet Office on 28 April (HC116493), why the launch of the competition for a permanent appointment to the role of Director General for Propriety, Ethics and Constitution has been delayed.

The role is covered on an interim basis. A recruitment campaign for the permanent appointment will be launched in due course.
