Question to the Home Office:

To ask Her Majesty's Government whether they will publish their response to Fair and Effective, the pamphlet by Refugee Action; and what steps they will take to assess its proposals for an improved asylum system.

The Government is grateful for the continued partnership with Refugee Action and others on the delivery of an effective and efficient asylum system that protects the vulnerable. However, we do not routinely provide responses to a public statement such as this one.
