Leasehold: Reform

Question to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government:
To ask His Majesty's Government what progress they have made in relation to leasehold reform since the enactment of the Leasehold Reform (Ground Rent) Act 2022.

We are due to bring forward further leasehold reforms later in this Parliament, and announcements will be made in the usual way.
