Question to the Home Office:
To ask Her Majesty's Government how many people were prosecuted in (1) 2016, and (2) 2017, for assisting asylum seekers whose claims had failed.
This question was answered on 5th June 2018
In the period requested, there were no prosecutions for those assisting asylum seekers whose claims had failed.
