Question to the Home Office:
To ask Her Majesty's Government when the Metropolitan Police Service expect to complete their investigation into the incident at the Downing Street gates on 19 September 2012 involving the Rt Hon Andrew Mitchell and a police officer; and whether the misconduct proceedings in relation to the incident have been completed.
