To ask Her Majesty's Government what assessment they have made of the benefits of a state visit by the President of the United States after Brexit.

​Our bilateral relationship is one of the closest in the world and a State Visit by the President of the United States is an opportunity to further strengthen and deepen that partnership across areas of mutual interest, including security, foreign policy and trade and investment. Plans for the State Visit remain unchanged: an offer has been extended and accepted.
