The Home Office has announced new Immigration Rules to enable Turkish nationals who are in the UK as either European Communities Association Agreement (ECAA) business persons or ECAA workers, as well as their family members, to apply for indefinite leave to remain. All ECAA business persons, workers and their family members who meet the relevant conditions will be eligible, including those who are already in the UK.
