To ask Her Majesty's Government what steps they are taking to reduce delays in renewing visas for people already working and resident in Britain; and when they expect to give a decision on the case with the Home Office identification number 28287399.

The ECAA team has made several changes to its operating process, meaning applications are being considered at a much higher number week on week. This has seen the work held reduce significantly.
