Allied Health Professions: Community Health Services

Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:
To ask His Majesty's Government, in the light of the publication of the 10 Year Health Plan for England on 3 July, whether they will consider widening the list of Allied Health Professions to support the use of community-based healthcare professionals to support the delivery of localised healthcare.
This question was answered on 21st July 2025
There are no plans by either the Department or NHS England to review the list of health and care professions that are represented by the Chief Allied Health Professions Officer.
