Fund training & trauma assessments post discharge from mental health units - 83 Signatures

We want the Government to limit the trauma following inpatient admissions to mental health units. We want to prevent people admitted as inpatients from dying from suicide. We want there to be a mandatory trauma assessment post-discharge from a long-term mental health admission.
