Today I made a bid to the backbench business committee to have a debate on deaths abroad and consular protection, this is why? British Citizens are not afforded the very basic protections promised on their passports. https://t.co/UoZ16u2qrZ

In reality British Citizens don not have the legal right to consular assistance as the UK prioritises trade deals over their human rights. The APPG on Deaths Abroad, Consular Service and Assistance 2019 report states this and continues to lobby for change https://t.co/WnedKMjrlF https://t.co/wiRxv5qWDx

Johnson’s “pile them high” comment about Covid deaths in UK & this callous disregard https://t.co/YUpb56UqZi for deaths abroad shows he is unfit to be an MP let alone PM https://t.co/150Wi6YoOI
