Property Blight Compensation Bill 2013-14


The Bill failed to complete its passage through Parliament before the end of the session. This means the Bill will make no further progress. require the Secretary of State to amend legislation to improve the system of compensation for property blight caused by major national infrastructure projects; and for connected purposes.
