To ask Her Majesty’s Government what was the average waiting time for non-elective surgery in each Clinical Commissioning Group in London in each of the last five years.

Non-elective surgery is urgent and is done as soon as clinically appropriate upon arrival at hospital. There is therefore no national measure of waiting times for patients admitted non-electively.

4,519 pupils in Richmond Park constituency received a free school meal as part of the universal infant free school meals programme in January 2016.

4,453 pupils received a free school meal as part of the universal infant free school meals programme in January 2015.

Universal infant free school meals were introduced in September 2014, therefore data for earlier years do not exist.
