Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:

To ask Her Majesty's Government what plans, if any, they have to investigate Unispace Global Limited for potentially failing to report the income resulting from the personal protection equipment contracts recorded in the Government’s financial statements for the year to 31 December 2020 and filed at Companies House on 30 September 2021.

Answered by Lord Kamall - Shadow Minister (Health and Social Care)

Investigations called for are outside the remit of the Department. Matters concerning the accuracy of filed financial accounts are a matter for Companies House.
