Question to the Wales Office:
To ask the Secretary of State for Wales, to which legislation his Department has applied the Family Test, published in August 2014.
Answered by Alun Cairns
In applying the family test to the Wales Bill the department concluded that any effects on the family were indirect as they were dependent on future decisions taken by the National Assembly for Wales and the Welsh Government.
