The Wales Office received rental income from the Welsh Government in 2011-12 and 2012-13, and the Greater London Lieutenancy from 2013-14 to 2016-17.

The Wales Office is a government department with limited property assets. As such, the department has not been commissioned to prepare a Strategic Asset Management Plan.
