@davidallengreen @BarristerSecret @prospect_uk For criminal defence, anyone should be able to have a lawyer. Regardless of what someone is accused of, it’s important it’s tested fairly. I’d also argue that the person who did not initiate an action, regardless of what it is, should be entitled to legal support.
