Question to the Ministry of Justice:

To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, what estimate he has made of the costs incurred by his Department in the current financial year in preparation for the UK leaving the EU.

As the UK’s departure from the European Union impacts upon most areas of departmental business, it is not possible to provide an estimate of the costs incurred by the department in this financial year.
