Fund subsidised on-site workplace creches to help parents return to work

Returning to work after having a baby can often be an impossibility due to the exorbitant prices of nurseries which can sometimes swallow up your entire wage. Having onsite subsidised creches in the workplace will change this, less actual time in childcare due to no travelling and affordable fees.
