Put a cap on private renting of £250 per bedroom per calendar month (PCM) so that it is affordable for people in the private rental sector. For example; one bedroom apartment 250£ PCM, two bedroom apartment 500£ PCM, three bedroom apartment 750£ PCM and so on.
