Ban restrictions on overnight parking for motorhomes and campervans

Recent years have seen local authorities increase restrictions on overnight parking, which we think massively decreases the appeal of taking to the roads and staying off-grid. We think this ignores the impact of visitors on the local economy and the freedom of individuals.

We believe these restrictions ignore the general principles of freedom that we enjoy in the UK.

We think they also turn away much-needed cash for the local economy in difficult times.

The reasoning behind these restrictions is often cited as poor behaviour by those staying over but in our view, they are in a very small minority, with the majority paying the price.
