The £70million Investment Fund for Northern Ireland launched in November 2023, hence no investment commitments have yet been made. The Investment Fund for Northern Ireland offers a range of commercial finance options with loans from £25,000 to £2 million and equity investment of up to £5 million. The Fund covers the entirety of Northern Ireland, and is intended to ensure an equitable regional spread of investment finance across all of Northern Ireland.
