Question to the Ministry of Justice:
To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, with reference to the oral contribution of the Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Justice, Official Report, column 133, on 22 November 2022, on the Common Platform, whether any individuals were released from prison earlier than their release date due to the Common Platform.
