Question to the Ministry of Justice:
To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, what estimate has he made of the cost to the public purse on Christmas decorations in (a) Category A, (b) Category B and (c) all other prisons in each of the last three years.
This question was answered on 7th December 2022
Information on the cost of Christmas decorations across the public prison estate is not collected centrally and this data could not be provided without incurring disproportionate cost.
