Question to the Ministry of Defence:

To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, what steps his Department is taking to ensure it meets the NATO defence spending target for 2015.

NATO has published data on allies' defence spending which shows that the UK is estimated to spend 2.1% of its Gross Domestic Product on defence during financial year 2015-16. This data can be found in the document at the following link:
