Question to the Department for Work and Pensions:

To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, with reference to Part One of the National Disability Strategy, published July 2021, when her Department plans to publish the results of its testing of advocacy support to assess its effectiveness and establish the best delivery model.

Following the receipt of over 4,500 submissions to Shaping Future Support: The Health and Disability Green Paper we are now working to analyse these responses. We are considering the feedback we have received on advocacy support in our design of the test. We will be bringing forward a White Paper with detailed proposals in mid-2022.
