Question to the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy:

To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, pursuant to the Answer of 29 November 2022 to Question 94739, whether the Government has plans to improve the rate of ECO4 energy efficiency measures installations in homes.

Measures expected to be installed under ECO4 were set out in the ECO4 Impact Assessment and the Government has no plans to adjust these. However, the Government will continue to monitor delivery under the scheme and if sufficient evidence suggests that these estimates require re-modelling then Government will re-assess the position at that time. Obligated suppliers will continue to have until the end of March 2026 to fulfil their obligation.
