Question to the Ministry of Justice:
To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, when he plans to publish the results of the consultation into offences of causing death or serious injury by dangerous driving; and if he will make a statement.
This question was answered on 9th October 2017
The consultation on driving offences and penalties issued by the previous government closed on 1 February 2017. I intend to make an announcement in due course.
