Question to the Ministry of Defence:

To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, with reference to page 12 of the Land Industrial Strategy, what his planned timetable is for publishing a comprehensive 20-year investment plan for land capabilities.

As outlined in the Land Industrial Strategy, the Army is committed to ensuring industry is kept up to date on the Army’s approach to its strategic balance of investment, with a brief just taking place on 15 November and the next brief scheduled for November 2023 and January 2024. These routine updates will continue to ensure our industry partners understand any changes resulting from departmental budget and planning cycles.
