Question to the Ministry of Defence:

To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, whether his Department stipulates employment conditions on private companies that supply merchant navy seafarers to deliver public sector contracts.

All companies are required to adhere to relevant employment legislation in the jurisdiction in which they operate.
