Question to the Ministry of Defence:
To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, with reference to page 10, paragraph 16 of the National Shipbuilding Strategy, what estimate he has made of the value of the UK maritime and marine sector by region.

The figures referenced in the National Shipbuilding Strategy cannot be disaggregated by region. They are estimates for 2014, based on data from official sources. We also have statistics for 2012, which were published in the Maritime Growth Study.
