Question to the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy:
To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, from which budget funds for the Group Litigation Compensation scheme will be taken from.

The funds will be drawn from underspending in other Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy budgets or, if necessary, from the Reserve.
