Question to the Home Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, what the success rate of appeals against decisions taken by local authorities' licensing committees to limit the supply of cheap, super-strength alcohol has been in the last 12 months.

The Government does not collect information relating to the success rate of appeals against decisions taken by local authorities’ licensing committees to limit the supply of cheap, super-strength alcohol.
