Question to the Department for Education:
To ask the Secretary of State for Education, what her policy is on raising the threshold for repayment of student loans for graduates who started their course before 2012.
This question was answered on 16th October 2017
The repayment threshold for pre-2012 undergraduate loans has been increased annually in line with RPI since April 2012, and this will continue.
The repayment threshold is currently £17,775, and will rise to £18,330 from 6 April 2018.
