Question to the Ministry of Defence:
To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, what discussions he has had with his US counterpart on reports that the US is adopting new standards relating to the use of force outside of armed conflict.

My discussions with the US Defense Secretary have not included the use of force outside of armed conflict.
