Question to the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs, whether the Government intends to publish an Explanatory Memorandum alongside the UK-EU Treaty on Gibraltar addressing its constitutional, economic and security implications.

The final text will be brought before the House in due course for scrutiny in the normal way pursuant to the Constitutional Reform and Governance Act 2010.
