Question to the Ministry of Justice:

To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, what the timetable is for the reimbursement of employment tribunal fees; and if he will make a statement.

The Government said, following the Supreme Court’s judgment in the case of R (Unison) v the Lord Chancellor, that it would put in place as soon as possible arrangements to refund those people who had paid fees in the Employment Tribunals.
