Question to the Ministry of Justice:
To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, whether his Department has made an assessment of the recommendations in the report produced by Lord Bach on access to justice.

We noted the report of the Bach Commission. This government is committed to ensuring access to justice. It will remain at the heart of our reforms.
