Question to the Ministry of Justice:
To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, how many clinical negligence proceedings involving the death of a child were granted legal aid in (a) 2008, (b) 2009, (c) 2010, (d) 2011, (e) 2012 and (f) 2013.
