Question to the Ministry of Defence:

To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, whether his Department plans to collect data on the number of Armed Forces veterans with (a) post traumatic stress disorder and (b) other mental health conditions.

The provision of veterans' healthcare, including mental healthcare, is the responsibility of the National Health Service in England and the Devolved Administrations.

The Ministry of Defence provides advice, information and signposting to support services for veterans through its Veterans Gateway service.
